Admission
Wyeside Music Festival reserves the right to refuse admission  or to remove a ticket holder from the site for any behaviour which we deem to be anti-social or likely to cause  a nuisance, damage or be an annoyance to others on the entire festival site.  Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult (18+ years).  Under age consumption of alcohol or the use of  illegal substances will not be tolerated.
By purchasing an Adult ticket you are stating that you are 18 years or over.  If you think you may be challenged about your age please bring suitable ID to avoid potential problems.
Whilst at the festival please be ‘Green Aware’ - dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.  No glass, no alcohol and no dogs or pets except guide dogs will be allowed to enter the festival site.
Friday Festival Gate opens 5pm
Saturday Festival Gate opens 11am (may be open 10am depending on circumstances).

Tickets
Tickets purchased locally or online through See Tickets & Bristol Ticket Shop are subject to a booking fee & postage charge  and will be posted directly to you by 1st Class Post (where applicable).  Once you have received your ticket please check them and if you have any queries please call the ticket agency from whom it was purchased.
Tickets are only available through our authorised agents.  Any tickets purchased elsewhere including ticket touts will not be accepted and you will not be allowed onto the festival site.
All tickets are non-refundable including any lost tickets, so make sure you look after them. We cannot offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather.

IConcessions
If you have purchased a concession ticket ,you may be asked to provide evidence of your age or disability at time of arrival or by our security team during the festival.
If you think a child you are bringing with you may be questioned about their age please make sure you bring appropriate proof of ID to prevent possible problems.
If you are registered disabled and need to bring a carer with you then they can come in free.  You will need to produce evidence of your disability at the gate to show that you are in receipt of the Disablility Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance at the middle or highter rate of care component or the mobility component.

Camping
Camping is available for everyone who has purchased a Friday or Saturday ticket.  Camper Vans or any vehicle used to live-in are subject to a fee and will be parked away from the main camping area.   No vehicles are allowed on the camp site. All vehicles, trailers & tents are left at their owners risk we cannot accept any responsibility for losses, damage or theft on the festival site whatsoever.
If you are camping overnight or for the weekend in a Camper Van or similar then a ticket needs to be purchased and is available online only at Bristol Ticket Shop or See Tickets.
No camp fires are allowed, no glass and no dogs or pets except guide dogs.  It is cruel to leave animals in unattended vehicles if this is discovered the RSPCA will be contacted.
The camp site will open at 1pm on Friday 20th August and close at 12pm Sunday 22nd August.  If you have purchased a Friday ticket only you must leave the camp & festival sites by 10am Saturday 21st August.

Parking
There is a car park available at £2.00 per day.  Do not leave any valuables in your unattended vehicles.  Make sure you lock your vehicle and that any contents are locked away out of sight.  Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.  We cannot accept any responsibility for theft, damage or losses anywhere on the festival sites.

General
The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute any artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings if necessary.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is not allowed unless written permission is given by Wyeside Music Festival.  
By being present at the festival you (or the adult under whose guardianship you are) give their consent that any photographic, visual and audio promotion taken by Wyeside Music Festival or its authorised agents/staff  may be used for promotional purposes.
Remember although this festival takes place outdoors smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas e.g. marquees
